High-Performance Work System and Innovative Work Behavior: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing and Moderating Role of Inclusive Leadership

Employee innovative work behavior has long been studied as a source of gaining competitive edge over others. Organizations spend millions on their HRM activities to enhance profitability and performance. This research investigates the relationship among high-performance systems (HPWS), Innovative behavior, knowledge sharing, inclusive leadership in faculty members universities Rawalpindi Islamabad. Using ability, motivation, opportunity (AMO) framework under theory HPWS, our hypothesizes that AMO-enhancing practices lead better innovation performance through mediating role sharing. Inclusive (IL) was significant moderator between Knowledge sharing (KS) (IWB). Data were collected from Convenience sampling used for data collection, 356 questionnaires correctly fulfilled by participants SPSS software statistical analysis generating results. The results support effect AMO mediation model employee behavior. Further, study’s illustrate significantly moderates implications supervisors managers organizations design improve employees’ creativity . By focusing routes drive strategic inputs HR successful goal implementation, current study effort enhanced usefulness HPWS research. emphasises theory, which asserts when businesses view workers most valuable assets, they are more likely make investments both individual organisational levels whole. Employers may staff go above beyond achieving goals instilling them sense vital part enterprise’s operation application HPWS.
